Our Mission:

According to our ability and our students’ needs, our Mission is to teach by word and deed the lessons of Jesus Christ and the Bible as presented by our curriculum.

It is our greatest hope that these lessons and the methods used to teach them will foster each person’s ongoing relationship with our God.

Â

Except on the first Sunday of each month, children and youth from age 3 to 6th Grade start in the sanctuary for a time of worship with our adults. They depart to their classes after the scripture has been read.

On First Sundays grades 3 and up are invited to attend worship and share Communion with our church family. The three-year-old through 2nd grade students have a special combined worship and large group lesson.

Â

For most of our Children’s and Adult Sunday programs our Curriculum choice is Season’s of the Spirit. It is a lectionary based curriculum with lessons that include references to the arts and current events, even computer updates for the most timely tie-ins to help us see God is still speaking to each of us through the lessons.

Stewardship Goal

As we start preparing for the more relaxed activities of the summer months, please remember that the church expenses don’t take a vacation. Bills continue to arrive during June, July and August and must be paid. Please remember to send in your pledge contributions - or pay ahead so you won’t have to think about it until September!
